Cancellations | No Shows | Booking Fee

A 50% booking fee is required on each brow & lash service to secure your appointment.
​
The booking fee will come off your treatment at the time of your appointment.
​
I understand that things come up!
If you are unable to attend your appointment, I appreciate at least 3hrs before your appointment that you call, text or go online to cancel or reschedule.
If you have to cancel or reschedule inside 3hrs you must contact me to enable your booking fee, be refunded or have this booking fee transferred to your rescheduled appointment.​

For those cancelling outside 3hrs via online your booking fee automatically transfers to a credit, if you require a refund please text to inform me.
​
There is no refund or transfers for a no show client.
​
I reserve the right to cancel any appointment where necessary when confirmation has not taken place.

I'm Late
Bad Traffic! Sadly we can never know when it will be good or bad. If you find yourself running late give me a quick phone call. If you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind I will try my best (no promises) to fit you in. I usually give a call at the 10 minute mark to know if you are just around the corner.
(Services may have to be shortened or rescheduled)

Walk Ins
All bookings are by appointment only to ensure great service and privacy for each of my clients.
​
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers that don’t show up for their appointment will be taken as void.
Gift vouchers are to be used within their due date, no extensions or exceptions available.
Gift Vouchers are not transferable for product or cash.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
